Ross spent five years at Cabela’s Corporate as a merchandising and planning strategist. While the setting was different, the principles were the same: discipline, preparation, and long-term thinking. He learned how to build systems, manage risk, and think generationally, not transactionally.

Today, helping lead Tom Reddit Sales, Ross carries both worlds with him. Arena roots. Strategic mind. A respect for legacy and a commitment to building something that outlasts him.
