Tammy Ellerman is an experienced real estate broker and well known in the team roping world. Raised on a ranch in Colorado, she has dedicated her life to agriculture, ranching, roping and the Western lifestyle. Later on she continued by pushing the fashion of Rocky Mountain Clothing Company with her friend Brenda Van Newkirk. Tammy has now been involved in real estate since 2002 with Orr Land Company, where she specializes in equestrian properties, acreages, and farms. Her deep connection to the land and the agricultural community drives her passion for helping clients find their perfect properties. She has helped her clients with residential and commercial developments and investments as well, but notably has much experience with water rights and sales in Colorado.
In addition to her real estate career, Tammy made a name in her own right in team roping. Her commitment to the future of rodeo is evident in her founding and leadership of the Colorado Junior Rodeo Association, where she served as president for 17 years. Together with her husband, Jay Ellerman, she has built a life rooted in the western way of life, passing on their passion to their children, Brit and Taya.
Tammy and Jay also invest in and develop horse properties, while also consulting others blending their love for rodeo with their real estate ventures. Their dedication to the Western way of life is a cornerstone of their family values and professional endeavors.
